About Carl Carl Storts picked up his interest in tattooing at the age of 12. As Carl grew up, his talents matured- as did his passion and drive to excel in the art of tattooing. Carl spent over a year studying under Mario Cordova from TRUE SKOOL TATTOO and also worked at INKFAMOUS TATTOO and MODESTO INK, both formerly located in Modesto, CA.
